About This Product
The voltameter splits water by electrolysis between its carbon electrodes, and the gases collect in the two graduated limbs where their volumes can be read against the 50 ml scale. The result shows two volumes of hydrogen for every one of oxygen, which makes it the electrolysis demonstration piece of the Electrical And Electronics range.
